Wednesday Night Workout

When - Wednesday and Thursday nights beginning July 8th. COVID-19 restrictions will apply.

Typical Season - Every Wednesday beginning April 1st-October 7th, 6:00 to 7:30 PM **the last Thursday night workout will be September 24th**

 

Details- A typical night will include a group warm-up, obstacle technique work and 30 minutes to do as many loops of that week's mini-course as possible. All participants will need to sign a liability waiver; all participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver too. Social distancing measures will apply, and we ask that participants wear a mask or face covering at all times except during the workout. 

 

Cost - $12 per person. Participants MUST sign up online in order to attend; there are no day-of registrations allowed due to COVID-19. Free for Newbsanity All-In pass holders, Total Workout pass holders, and Wednesday Night Workout pass holders. Winter Training Sessions

 

When - Every Sunday beginning December 29th - March 1st (except February 9th: Frozen Four Miler)

 

Time - First session 8 AM-9:30 AM; second session 10 AM-11:30 AM

 

Details - Each session will be roughly 1.5 hours long and will include a warm-up, skill training, and a challenging skill-level based workout.

 

Cost - $10 per person is to be paid at check-in (cash or check).

Open Course Days

Schedule - The start date is pending COVID-19 restrictions being lifted.  

Time -  8 AM - 3 PM

 

Details - Come join us at New York state's premier permanent obstacle course! Whether you're new to OCR or training for your next event, this is the perfect opportunity for some quality obstacle work. Athletes may begin the course at any time and work on as many or as few obstacles as they choose; this includes unlimited access.

 

Cost - $20 per person is to be paid when you check-in (cash or check).
