The When:

typical season runs from April 7 thru Sept 29

6:00pm-7:30pm

The How (it works):

starts with a warm up session, moves to obstacle techniques and finishes with 30 mins training on that weeks mini course

The Cost:

$12 per person. Free to All-In, Total Workout, and Wednesay Night package pass holders.

WINTER
TRAINING
SESSIONS

The When:

Sundays from Jan 2 thru March 13

9:00am-10:30am (excluding Feb 6th - Frozen Four Mile Event)

The How (it works):

every 1.5 hour session begins with a warm up, moves to skill training, and finishes with a challenging level/skill-based event 

The Cost:

$12 per person. Free to All-In, Total Workout package pass holders.

The When:

check our events page for exact schedule day details, time is typically 8am-3pm

The How (it works)::

open course days are the best! Great for adventurers of all skill levels, open course allows you to train for your next event, or just have fun! Run as many or as a few obstacles/courses as you like!

$20 per person. Free to All-In and Total Workout package pass holders.

We want you to think of a commercial for a pharmaceutical study. You know the end of the commercial when the voice-over person talks, like really fast, and barely intelligible? Perfect! Now read this like that!

 

All course participants must sign a waiver and any participant that is under the age of 18 must sign a waiver and have a legal guardian also sign a waiver in accordance with our policies and procedures. Newbsanity is not responsible for Jupiter's red spot, el nino, or spiders. Newbsanity is absolutely responsible for soreness, feelings of awesomeness, and ruined shoes.
